- What is the biggest mistake committed against your career?
Impatient, want results from night to the day.
When you are impatient you start criticized everyone around you.
To criticize, you reforce the weak points and this limits that people free all your creative potential, your capacity and your intuition.
- Why we tend to see the weak points?
Industrial model collocate as an engine of a machine. This makes evident our weaknesses. The people knows that they were out of other jobs because the weak points. We should contract them for strong points, ignoring the weak making them not relevant.

What to do with the strong points?
Select 3 or 4 abilities that turn you better than the average of professionals.
- Read courses, read books and talk with specialists of your area to improve your qualities.
- Speak your abilities to your bosses, colleagues and collaborators. They need to know how you are the best.
- Be humble. The excess of self-confident can pass a different image.

What to do with the weak point?
- One option is to ignore them. If you will make it, remind to maintain the focus in what you know to do better.
- If you prefer to improve your weak points, invest your value ones to your company.
- Do not have fear to admit your weaknesses. With the, show that you recognize your limits and you worry with your self-development.
- Be around from people that have different qualities from yours.

Nobody motives anybody, but if you are the manager, this yes, improves the humor and your effective work teams:
- Show the strategies from clear and precise information;
- Maintain the contact eyes to eyes when you initiate a project;
- Present a future image: where you pretend to arrive, what the company win with that, which are the advantage to everybody.
- Motive people to participate in a process with trainings, suggestion program and team work.
- Show to your workers that they has a challenge in front of them.
- Establish goals, deadlines and a evaluation system in each stage of the process and commemorate the results
