Regarding my year term in France 2007/2008, every day is a new challenge.
Today, one more time I was frustrated with the burocracy that French institutions offer to foreign students.
Asiatics, indians, brazilians, they had a dream to come to study in France.
They think about social conditions, lower prices in education, people open-minded, etc.
In the first proceed that they make in France... takes longer than them own country.
Yes, welcome to a developing country of burocracy.
